Scott at Mr. Transmission is a caring, respectful man that truly cares about his customers. No matter what the misunderstanding is, he is willing to correct it and make it right with you. I have been around the car business for over 40 years and this man is very professional and wants to do a good job.

Outstanding work and customer service. I was getting the run around by the dealer, so I brought my dodge diesel here. The dealer wanted to change major components that would have cost me over $2k, but it ended up being a $200 part. I was treated fairly and with respect, and I was called with updates on the truck. I am very satisfied with the work, and hope to use them again in the future!

Just got the car back today, so far I am pleased with the work that Scott and his crew did. Scott always kept me up to date on the progress of my car, he always called to let me know what needed to be done and the cost of the repairs. I was given a great warranty on the service, plus a free service inspection in a month. I would highly recommend Mr. Transmission Milex in Johnson City.

We are so thankful to Scott and crew at Mr. Transmission in Johnson City. Our car is 18 years old but in great physical condition - the exterior and interior. The car only has 90,000 miles. We started having signs of transmission trouble and were trying to decide if it was worth fixing. Scott was so patient with us as we conferred with him as we explained that also the air conditioning was not working and someone had told us at one time there might be an oil leak somewhere. Scott and his team had already spent some time checking out our car. We were so indecisive about what to do and Scott never lost his patience or treated us like we were a bother. I believe his faith has a lot to do with his patience and kindness. He helped us to finally decide that it would be best for us to purchase a new car if we could afford it because we had problems that were really adding up. We went to pick up our car and were not charged a penny. WHO DOES THAT TODAY? Scott and team at Mr. Transmission in Johnson city, that's who. Scott could have easily charged us for the time they spent on it, but the kindness within him spoke to him and his decision. NOTE: Back in November this same car's engine was missing. We took it to a different shop. They determined that my husband had pinched a hose when he installed a new air filter, and they tightened my steering. I was flabbergasted when he handed me the bill for $485.00. We sill never go back to that place. You don't have to worry about being gouged by this unnamed shop if you just take your cars and trucks to Mr. Transmission where they do not have it in them to gouge.
