If you are a woman or someone who does not know alot about cars do not trust this man. He talks a really good talk!!!! After reading his reviews here and FB it seems to be the same type of thing with all of the bad reviews. Turns out he over charged me by about 1000.00. All while recording our phone conversations and wording things just so they could be played differently. 2200.00 is alot for most people to come up with. Then to hear from the Subaru dealer that it should have cost 1200.00 out the door. I sacrificed things my 3 sons needed. Angry is an understatement! I was crying in his front room, while Tim and his wife made it clear they did not care! Also, they told me not to threaten them when I stated I would be leaving reviews.
No matter how hard we try, a bad review is left from time to time but as the owner of this business, I do not have to sit back and allow you to mistreat me or my family when I did nothing wrong what so ever. Hannah, you should be ashamed of yourself. Your attack on me was absolutely uncalled for & wishing ill will on me and my family speaks volumes to your character. You were under no obligation to have your vehicle fixed by me. As you the pricing was upfront and clearly stated to you & your husband before any work was ever started. You knew the price & you agreed to the price. Yes my phones are recorded (legally I might add) and you listened your own phone call (your own words) for yourself and you see you was wrong, everything I said (work & price) and everything you agreed to was what you received and yet you still threw a fit in my lobby, called me a liar and threaten us. Not one time did I or my wife ever say we didn't care, but you did towards us. We were upfront & honest and for you to say otherwise is just a flat out lie. At this point your car is correctly repaired and all I can do is wish you the best.
